Over the past year I’ve tested, tweaked and perfected a program designed to help you pack on muscle and shred body fat. The result is Functional Swole, a program that combines compound lifts, body building techniques, and conditioning to transform your body in 10 weeks.
Here’s How We Make It Happen
Phase 1: Strength
The first phase of the program is designed to build strength through heavy rep ranges on the core lifts. We combine it with higher rep accessory movements and conditioning to achieve volume and fat burning.
Phase 2: Build Muscle
The second phase we focus on muscle growth in definition by increasing volume on our core lifts. We also introduce functional conditioning - hypertrophy mixed with conditioning intervals.
Conditioning Focus
We mix in steady state, functional and metabolic conditioning throughout the entire 10 weeks to keep our engines stoked and maximize fat burning potential.
